Account & Data Deletion

At Bantu Grocery Store (BGS), we respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your BGS account and associated data, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Account Deletion

Send an account deletion request using any of the following methods:

• Email us at bantugrocerystore.com@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" along with your registered mobile number/email used in the app.
• Call us at +91-9311687434 and request account deletion.

What Gets Deleted

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your delivery addresses
• Your order history and cart data
• Your account login credentials

What We Retain (and Why)

We may retain certain transaction records (such as invoices and payment details) for a limited period as required by applicable tax, accounting, and legal regulations. This data is not used for any other purpose and is deleted after the mandatory retention period ends.

Processing Time

Once we receive your request, your account and associated data will be deleted within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
